Our flexible design solution enables Honda’s Power of Dreams proposition to be experienced consistently across all European Motor Shows.  A stand out feature is the spectacular Honda Dream Wave where up to 100m 2 of suspended LED screens are configured to immerse show visitors in the world of Honda.

Showcase Bridgestone innovation

We produced an international press launch to showcase Bridgestone’s market leading innovation in run-flat tyres. This four-day event put over 500 press and dealers through their paces as they took on the mountain roads of Monaco using Bridgestone’s new DriveGuard tyre. Guests were treated to Cirque de Soleil-inspired entertainment, vintage car rallies and a culinary experience.

Sport experiences

To celebrate disability sport and give people the opportunity to trial activities available to them in their city we created simultaneous ‘come and try’ events in Nottingham, Brighton and Plymouth on National Paralympics Day. Local clubs were given space to promote their sports including wheelchair racing, fencing and basketball plus sitting volleyball.

Interruptive brand experience

Our unique pop-up shop created awareness for Invisalign clear braces by delighting shoppers in Leeds. Interactions with the ‘mirror’ shop window triggered live action scenarios to put smiles on faces like free flowers and cuddly puppies. Some lucky shoppers were surprised with a free Invisalign treatment.

Launch Event

To celebrate the return of MINI to the World Rally Championship we created an unforgettable launch experience for an audience of the world’s media and VIPs which staged a recreation of the 1960’s Monte Carlo Rally victories.  The new WRC MINI’s  leap through the big screen was worthy of a Hollywood blockbuster and drew gasps from the audience. The event generated over £2.7m in media value.

We created the world’s first living medal count for Volkswagen’s showcase at the Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi. Every day a stunning choreography brought the real-time medal count to life. A CLASS ROADSHOW

A completely new kind of test drive for the launch of the new A-Class.  Participants were virtually accompanied by a film star and received a video to share their personal ”A-Class-Story” with their peers right after the drive. All films were collected on the microsite where they could be further shared and voted on.

US-launch of the MINI Countryman with an integrated campaign. Via social media channels brand fans were inspired to create their very own Wanderlust outdoor-events. Top voted, user generated events were brought to life across the US. The first user generated event campaign!

BATTLE OF THE DECKS

Burn Energy DJ Boot camp

Eleven European competition winners were selected for a boot camp where they were mentored by DJ’s such as David Guetta and Jamie jones. From this 3 winners were chosen to kick-start their career through a summer residency in the island’s clubs. Burn received exclusive distribution deals in the clubs. Online streaming for TV show received positive feedback and over 500,000 views.

URBAN MEETS COUNTRY

Global Press Launch

Launch of the new mini countryman to global media, style and opinion leaders. 500 guests were invited to a private ‘urban meets country’ themed event at Mudchute farm in the heart of the city. Celebrations culminated in a world-exclusive performance by Michelle branch & Timbaland of a specially commissioned song ’getaway. The ‘getaway’ music video achieved 950,000 hits on You Tube.

THE UK’S BIGGEST STREET PARTY

OLYMPIC TORCH RELAY

The 2012 Olympic Torch Relay travelled through 1,000 UK towns and cities over 70 days to celebrate the Games.  As an official sponsor, Samsung wanted to ‘paint the town blue’. Our Samsung vehicle convoy and brand ambassadors saw 13 million people experience the largest LCD screen in the world on the big blue Samsung bus.

When Samsung wanted to raise awareness of their smart camera, avantgarde created a crowd stopping event. Unsuspecting members of the public won big prizes at the iconic London Kings Cross for our YouTube viral feature which received over 12 million hits.

Partnership Activation

To promote nPower’s partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support, we created a powerful emotive activation. The giant Christmas Tree of Light, powered by nPower, stood in Covent Garden decorated with thousands of baubles featuring personalised messages of love, celebration or remembrance for anyone affected by cancer.  Baubles could be displayed in exchange for a donation.

The 40th National Day of Oman and the 70th birthday of the Sultan was celebrated with an extensive ‘olympic opening ceremony style’ production in Muscat’s Arena. 12.000 children from Oman performed the history and future of the country to an audience of 45,000 guests.
